Pocket Belt Conveyors (Flex Wall)

When space is limited, Standley Batch has a plant design solution: our Flexwall Conveyor. Its unique structure can be customized to move product from 45 to 90 degree angles, conserving space, taking up only 1/3 the space of traditional incline conveyors.

The Flexwall Conveyor is highly efficient. Belts can be designed to convey 100-500 tons of material per hour. It is designed for minimal carryback with the use of belt beaters and air knives and is equipped with reclaim pans to a collection point.
