Pneumatic Conveying

Standley Batch offers pneumatic systems for continuous conveying of bulk material such as powders and granules. Material is transported in an enclosed-pipe system using vacuum or air pressure, which greatly reduces the possibility of material loss and unwanted dust. An additional benefit of pneumatic conveying systems is their ability to be easily routed. The line can flow in both horizontal and vertical directions, and if replacing a mechanical system, can often free up floorspace by attaching to existing equipment, columns, or rafters. Available as a dilute or dense phase system.
